NK Community Care Services Ltd was founded by Nicky and Kirsty — best friends who met on their very first day at university and have been passionate about care ever since.
With over 20 years’ combined experience in health and social care, and both holding first-class BSc (Hons) degrees in Health and Social Care, we’ve seen care from every angle — professionally and personally. We’ve both supported loved ones through care at home, so we understand how important it is to find the right people, not just the right service.
Nicky is a soon-to-be registered adult nurse with a master’s degree and 15 years of frontline care experience. Kirsty is currently completing a PhD focused on adult wellbeing and loneliness. Together, we bring a unique blend of clinical knowledge, academic insight, and lived experience — all delivered with empathy and professionalism.
We founded NK Community Care Services Ltd to provide care that is truly person-centred: first-class qualified, professionally led, and personally motivated.
